TTK Prestige’s Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) Ramasubramaniam R resigned on December 18, the company informed in an exchange filing. He has joined as a Group CIO and Senior Vice President at Ramraj Cotton, he said speaking exclusively to FE CIO, adding he will report to the MD, CEO and Chairman of the company. Ramasubramaniam actively engaged with TTK Prestige to discuss the ‘job description’ of the executive who will succeed him at the company.
The filing to the bourses read, “We hereby inform you that Mr. Ramasubramaniam R – Chief Information Technology Officer, (Senior Management Personnel) has resigned from the services of the Company, effective from close of business hours of December 19, 2025, on account of personal reasons/commitments.”
In his resignation letter addressed to Managing Director & CEO Venkatesh Vijayaraghavan, Ramasubramaniam thanked for the opportunities the company provided him during his tenure and also ensured all cooperation as he moves on, “Dear Venkatesh Vijayaraghavan, With reference to my discussion and intimation on 22nd Sep2025, i am writing to formally resign from my position as Chief Information and Technology Officer, effective 19th December 2025.
I appreciate the opportunities I have had during my tenure at TTK Prestige Limited and am grateful for the support and guidance provided. I will ensure a smooth transition with the team. Thank you once again!”
Ramasubramaniam On Succession Planning
Notably, while speaking with this writer in August this year, prior to tendering his resignation on September 22, Ramasubramaniam mentioned about grooming the next rung of leaders is something he is passionate about, “Developing the next generation of leaders is a principle Ramasubramaniam holds dear. He believes in mentoring and empowering talent, and takes pride in seeing several of his mentees assume leadership roles.”
Citing the example of few employees he has groomed Ramasubramaniam said, “There are at least three or four senior team members I have coached, and they have reached the stature of GM within IT.”
It’s important to mention TTK Prestige in September 2025 appointed Mr. Tamilselvan as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). According to his profile “As a Venture leader for Women's health start-up initiative in Phillips, he successfully built a scalable proposition acquiring a digital company to help women with preconception challenges. He has also been instrumental in setting up Global Capability Centers in India (Pune) leading an engineering team of 150+ in sustaining LCM engineering activities for the most advanced Image guided therapy solutions”
