Snowflake and TVS Next Team Up to Boost AI Adoption in Manufacturing

Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud company, has announced that TVS Next, a digital and AI consulting firm, is using its data and AI platform for its NexOps solution. NexOps is an OT/IT intelligence layer that helps manufacturing companies gain a unified view of plant operations and enterprise data. Powered by Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud, the platform modernises data pipelines, enhances governance, and enables scalable AI solutions, allowing manufacturers to identify inefficiencies, make predictive decisions, and accelerate digital transformation at scale.

The partnership will focus on centralised real-time streaming data, consolidating plant insights, and AI processing in a single, centralised location. This approach helps ensure data does not move across systems, leading to more consistent decision-making.

The unified platform will enable TVS Next to build scalable data and AI architectures and develop governed AI models, while ensuring secure access through Snowflake’s role-based controls. This foundation supports high-impact manufacturing such as downtime tracking, improved equipment efficiency, predictive maintenance, quality forecasting, and multi-plant visibility, helping manufacturers shift from reactive operations to proactive, AI-driven decision-making. With this launch, it will improve reliability and speed, including NexOps-led manufacturing intelligence, global market data hubs, and advisory forecasting solutions.
